ECR Europe Conference & Marketplace - 9 & 10 May 2012 - Brussels Square

Tweets, blogs, podcasts, Facebook… we communicate with each other in our everyday lives in ways we never dreamed of a few years ago.

But how do our customers communicate with us? Or to be precise, how would they like to? And what are we in our businesses doing about it?

At our ECR Europe conference next May we will examine how the digital age is shaping our industry now and how we can take advantage of it. And we are not just talking about clicks and bricks. How is the latest technology and thinking impacting on all kinds of core business issues from marketing to data privacy and the supply chain?

Find out next May when we consider… ECR: The next generation.

Unloading Efficiency at Retailers

On May 18th ECR Poland is organising ECR Supply Forum Meeting.

As proposed on the last Supply Forum Meeting, the „unloading efficiency” topic will be at main concern. The report from the workgroup activity will be presented and the Forum will move on with further developments. As their homework the workgroup was supposed to state the main problems in unloading process. The summary of the results of these questionnaires will be presented and the Forum will decide about further steps in this project.

This time ECR Supply Forum Meeting will be joined with KASSTETTS Project conference. KASSETTS project starts the initiative for optimizing and improving transnational logistic traffic. Within this project The Institute for Transport and Logistics Foundation in Poznan, together with seven European partners belonging to the Central Europe territories, have launched an initiative to establish European ICT network to optimize and improve transnational logistic traffics of manufacturing companies. During the conference coordinators of the project will present conclusions from their research and the measureable profits of using KASSETTS toolkit.
